On behalf of the Bangur Public School fraternity, I extend a warm welcome to you and appreciate your interest in BPS.

While introducing Bangur Public School, I am reminded of a wonderful quote widely attributed to Plutarch, who goes as follows -

“The understanding is not a vessel which must be filled, but firewood, which needs to be kindled; and love of learning and love of truth are what should kindle it.”

At BPS the curriculum is ever evolving and has a progressive outlook with an intellectual rigour, where a sound foundation of critical thinking and articulating is laid in an environment that encourages curiosity and discovery.

Bangur Public School is a school with the child at the centre of its mission, a school that will create a lifelong learner, a learner not just equipped to earn a living but equipped for living. The purpose is also to mould responsible world citizen and all of this in an environment that is not only inclusive but also joyful, that is powered by intellect and driven by values, where the emphasis is on grooming the creative quotient.

At BPS, technology integration through Smart Class, App based learning, e-books and online tests have ensured that learning happens not only within the confines of the school premises but also beyond. Mobile, Tab & Cloud based learning has been introduced to satiate the thirst for information in the e-generation. 

Thus armed with an invasive curriculum and pedagogy modelled on Multiple Intelligences and Blooms Taxonomy, we at Bangur Public School seek to create a new paradigm in the field of erudition. To walk the talk we have assembled a team of highly skilled and committed teachers who are an epitome of all that is good, who are passionate, caring and non-partisan as they seek out the very best within every child.

We also reaffirm our commitment to the community, to prepare the young minds to take the challenges of life with dignity and grace and evolve into responsible civic being. I can vouch that those who pass out from the portals of BPS will undoubtedly be leaders in their own right with concrete human values. It is my sincerest belief that Bangur Public School will in the years to come evolve into a premier institution fulfilling the aspirations of parents who put their loved ones under our care.
