Documents Required

1.    For Playgroup, LKG, Prep & Class I, certificate of proof of age in the form of a birth certificate issued by the authority competent to register births.

2.      Report Card of the previous class passed (For Class II and above).

3.    Transfer Certificate in original from a school recognized by the State Education Department/Affiliated.

4.    For employees of Shree Cement Ltd. and sister concerns a service certificate duly signed and stamped by the Establishment bearing the name, designation and other relevant particulars of the Parent should be submitted.

5.      Proof of Residence (for all- recognized utility bill or letter from employer)

6.      Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the child if available (not mandatory).

7.    4 Passport Size Colour Photographs of the Child, 2 of both the parents separately and 2 of Child together with both the Parents (or as the case may be)

8.    A Medical Fitness Certificate duly issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner. Parents should submit in writing details of any long term ailment or treatment the child may be undergoing in the interest of the child’s safety. Such information will be shared only with relevant stakeholders. Any effort to hide such information, endangering the child, may lead to termination of Admission without notice or refund.

9.   Caste Certificate (If applicable) A certificate that the child belongs to the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/EWS/OBC(Non-Creamy Layer)/BPL/Disabled, wherever applicable, issued by the competent authority. The certificate in respect of either of the parents may be accepted initially for the purpose of admission.

10.  Disability Certificate (if applicable) A certificate from the civil surgeon/rehabilitation centre or any other competent authority defined by the Government of India O.M. No. 36035/5/88/Estt.(sct) dated 4.5.1999 certifying the child to be handicapped, wherever applicable.

11.  Any other document that may be deemed necessary.
