Principal Message

Heartfelt welcome to all the parents of BPS on behalf of the entire team!

We believe that education is an individual and unique experience for every student who enters a classroom and every child has the potential to grow in all aspects. We want to take students at different levels and see them develop together to create a better tomorrow.

Education is a vast term and it is something far beyond mugging up the text books and course books, so as educators, we need to provide an environment through which they can also connect themselves with the community and the world.

Today’s children cannot be pushed or forced into something. But they need to be introduced to the environment in which they can learn, grow and flourish. It is our desire to create such environment where they are invited to share their ideas and accept the challenges. Learning should be fun and exciting! Classrooms must have an inviting and safe place where a child feel comfortable, secure and grow as an independent Philomath. BPS is committed to provide them a place where they can involve themselves in their own interests, whether it is technology and computers, and whether it is through ways of self-expression like music, dance, art, speech, classroom activities etc. We need to make them aware of the possibilities that can be achieved and learned through these methods. When they have the enthusiasm in them, then there will be no stopping.

We are teaching the 21st century’s generation. A century that demands more involvement, more creativity, more confidence, more technology, more skills, more connectivity & exposure. Besides these our past learnings and experiences also help us to make our future more productive. Moral values, respect, gratitude were the core parts of our gurukuls. Eklavaya, Arjuna, Swami Vivekananda are the few examples that the pure guru-shishya relationship is an essential component of learning. Without this, no technology can help a child to achieve the desired goals constantly. With a blend of traditions and modernism, we nurture the students for future. We believe that children are like saplings and with proper care, love and skills, the fruits as a result can be seen tomorrow.

I remember the famous quote of Albert Einstein that “Curiosity is a little plant that aside from stimulation stands mainly in need of freedom”, So let us give that freedom to our children to grow and face the world.

I, on behalf of BPS team, convey my heartfelt thanks to all the parents for selecting Bangur Public School.
