General Information
Eligibility for Admission
- Admission is open to all eligible students irrespective of caste, religion, race, creed or sex. As per the NEP2020, a child must be at least 06 years of age as on March 31 of the academic year in which admission is sought to Class I. (Child born on 1st April should also be considered.)
- The minimum age limit for admission in Bangur Public School in various classes is given below:

Admission in Playgroup, LKG, Prep & Class I
- Informal interaction with the child in the presence of the parent will be held to understand the temperament of the child and how best he/she can benefit from the pedagogy being followed in the school.
Admission in Class II To IX
Children who have registered for Admission in Classes II and above have to appear in a written or oral admission test covering English, Hindi, Mathematics and EVS/Science.
Assessment of the child for admission is also based on the following:
- Academic readiness and motivation
- Social and emotional development
- Ability of the school to serve the needs of the child.
