Procedure

1.  Admission dates will be informed through School Notice Board, Newspaper Advertisements and Hoardings.

2.   Interested parents should contact the School for the Prospectus and Registration Form. Parents may also fill the soft copy of the Registration Form available in Google Forms and distributed through the Admission WhatsApp group.

3.    Registration forms complete in all respects and accompanied by self attested copies of the prescribed documents would be required to be submitted along with the application form for registration.

4. The parent and child should be present in person for an orientation/interaction to be conducted by the teachers.

5.    Admission Test for Classes III and above will be held.

6.   Final list of students cleared for admissions will be put up on the School Notice Board in due course. It will also be posted on the Admission WhatsApp group.

7.    Once confirmed parents should contact the School Accounts Office for filling Admission Form & submission of Fees.

Note:

(i)   Mere Registration will not confer a right of admission. Registration Fee is non- refundable.

(ii)  All entries made in the Admission Form must be made by hand (using Capital Letters) and double checked by the Parents of the child to ensure correctness of the same. For any modifications relevant procedural steps have to be taken with the sanction of the Head of the Institution.

(iii)  Incomplete application forms shall be rejected. However parents may be given additional time by the Head of the Institution for completing the same.

(iv)  Admission secured on the basis of any wrong certificate shall be cancelled by the Head of the Institutions forthwith and no appeal against such action shall be entertained.
